欢迎使用 Yome（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由北京气泡共振智能科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）提供。使用本应用即表示您同意以下条款。
1. 服务说明
Yome 是一款 AI 对话应用，为用户提供个性化的 AI 助手服务。本应用通过第三方 AI 服务（Anthropic）处理对话内容。
2. 账户
- 您需要使用有效的 Apple ID 登录以使用本应用的全部功能。
- 您有责任保护您的账户安全。
- 您不得将账户转让或与他人共享。
3. 订阅与付款
- 本应用提供免费和付费订阅套餐（Plus、Pro、Max）。
- 付费订阅为自动续期订阅，按月计费。
- 付款将通过您的 Apple ID 账户处理。
- 订阅将自动续费，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费。
- 您可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理和取消订阅。
- 免费试用期（如有）的未使用部分将在购买订阅后失效。
4. 使用规范
您同意不会：
- 将本应用用于任何非法目的。
- 试图干扰或破坏本应用的正常运行。
- 利用本应用生成有害、欺诈或侵权内容。
- 对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编。
5. 知识产权
本应用及其所有相关知识产权归我们所有。您通过本应用创建的对话内容归您所有。
6. 免责声明
- AI 生成的内容仅供参考，不构成专业建议。
- 我们不对 AI 回复的准确性、完整性或适用性做出保证。
- 本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。
8. 条款变更
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。修改后的条款将在本页面发布。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的条款。
9. 适用法律
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

Welcome to Yome ("the App"). The App is provided by Beijing Bubble Resonance Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
Yome is an AI conversation application that provides users with personalized AI assistant services. The App processes conversation content through a third-party AI service (Anthropic).
2. Accounts
- You need to sign in with a valid Apple ID to use the full features of the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may not transfer or share your account with others.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- The App offers free and paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Max).
- Paid subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions billed monthly.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App.
- Use the App to generate harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all related intellectual property rights belong to us. Conversation content you create through the App belongs to you.
6. Disclaimer
- AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice.
- We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.
- The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
